Happy 2009, everyone!

I don't see why everyone is so hyped up about this "2010" thing.  It is totally 2009.  Anyhow, I can't wait for the inauguration of Barack Obama January 28th!

During December 28-January 1 I was in Tampa, Florida for the COOLEST FREAKIN' RIDE EVAAA!!!!  If you don't believe me, then you obviously have never been with a whole group of people in Florida.  You never knew how lame your friends were until you roomed with them.  But their lame-ness is made up by their insane amounts of un-necessary purchases such as 12 cans of energy drinks, 24 pack of Skittles and Starbust, and 2 Party Poppers.
Me and Geordie (my room mate)
ENERGY DRINKS!!!!
The coolest squirrel I have ever known.
I think I rest my case.
And, I got a girl from Wisconsin's phone number!  She is like my best friend now.

So, it's close to Christmas.  "Yay!" would most likely be your first reaction.  Maybe you were expecting good gifts from your parents, uncles, cousins, and other family members or possibly from friends.  It's just mind-blowing how materialistic we are.  I mean, kids nowadays are affected from the recession and can't have a Christmas because there parents have no money, or perhaps those kids who have no parents, and are spending their holidays inside an orphanage receiving hand-me-downs from generations and generations.  Be thankful you are receiving these gifts.  I know I am.  Though, I feel rather sick that kids my age possibly won't be having the kind of Christmas I have.

It's a sad world we live, but we have to find happiness within it.  William James did once say, "This life is worth living, we can say, since it is what we make it."

In a few days I will be leaving for my granparents' house (eeggghh, I don't like it very much), and then after that I will be leaving on a band trip to Tampa, Florida for the Outback Bowl.  This I will enjoy.

Today was the first day I ever cleaned a trombone.  It is now working the fastest it has done.  I am so glad!  :D

Also, today was the first time I ever drove out of my city.  This makes me even more glad.  I didn't crash.

Have a Merry Christmas to you all.

Hola, mates.  I am now approaching my last day of school for the semester.  Tomorrow is the official last day for me.  I don't have school today because I don't have my final exams today.  So I am completely satisfied.  I'm, too, sick :(  which sucks.  It's been going on for a bit, but I think by tomorrow it will have cleared up.

Anyway, I am now reading the sequel to Rebecca (which is written by another author).  I will tell you how that goes once I finish it.

Have a merry Christmas ya'll.

I am elated today.  Why is this?  Because I am approaching my last week of school (for winter break)!.  Unfortunately, I still have final exams and I will be preparing to leaving for a band trip for 4 days sometime after Christmas.  Other than that, I should have one pimptacular week next week.  I have finished Rebecca.  I must say, I was pretty disappointed in the end.  It did conclude the story, but it makes you feel like it left you standing there, waiting for the next page to give you some other result.  For example, it is kind of like the ending of The Giver (although that story doesn't loop itself), but it has that open ending which is left for the reader to decide what happened in the end.

Oh yeah, it was Hug a Ginger Day.  Guess how many hugs I got?  None.  :)

Mission success!

Oh yeah, today in Literature we finished watching Lubakka!  (That's what the DVD box translated the movie title to from Japanese.)

Alfred Hitchcock does make some wonderful masterpieces, even book-to-movie adaptions :)

As you know, I am a ginger.  Gingers are considered fire-heads.... or fire-crotches (which-ever one you prefer :D)  And you know that fire-heads are usually very smart people.  We're intelligent, diligent, and over-all consciously aware of our complete surroundings.

...

This is boring.

Let's talk about interesting things :D

Well, today I took my final EOCT (End-Of-Course Test) which happened to be Math.

I suck at Math.

I studies (over-all) around 3 hours worth of online test taking....... I didn't know a single thing on the test basically.  I think pressure brings down your attention and intelligence level to a negative integer, because I felt very nervous.

But I do believe I aced my Literature EOCT.  Easy peasy squeezy breezy.

And I watched a movie in Math class called "Stand and Deliver".  THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!---
Now I am currently achieving my goal of finishing Rebecca.  Give me time, I will tell you how good it is.
If you can't beat 'em, under-perform them.
